You already know it's gonna be hella unrealistic, so if you come into this expecting some sort of medical accuracy and logical decision making, you'll want to drown Mia yourself. To avoid total frustration with this book, you need to yeet your disbelief out the window with the strength of a shot-putter. Glad to have rebounded with another HCR from her. Then I tried one of her newer releases (can't be fked to find out the title, soz) and dnfed it because it was a two pack of ass.
